San Pedro de Atacama is one of the most spectacular places on Earth to travel by camper. Valle de la Luna at sunset, the El Tatio geysers at dawn, the Salar de Atacama, the high-altitude lagoons — all yours to explore at your own pace, without group tours or fixed schedules. Available May to September each year, the dry winter is the best time to be on these roads.
Pickup is at Calama airport (CJC), the gateway to San Pedro, about 90 minutes by road from the town. When a camper is positioned in the north, pickup is free. If we need to relocate one from our Puerto Varas base, a relocation fee applies — and we'll quote the exact cost transparently. As always, you deal directly with us — Andrés and José — with real WhatsApp support throughout your trip.
Seasonal pickup location: San Pedro de Atacama pickup is available from May–September each year, when northern Chile is at its best for road trips. For year-round Patagonia travel, see Puerto Varas (our home base).
